MINDFUL DANCE

The mindful dance classes are open to everyone, experienced movers or complete novices. We improvise.

There will be no set ways of moving, no dance style or formal choreographic work as such. It’s your dance, your exploration; there is no right or wrong way.

We encourage you to discover your movement in the moment and encourage bringing together movement and meditation,

whether the movement is gentle and soft or wild.

The sessions will be given in Dutch but if your Dutch isn’t good, the sessions should anyway work for you....

The words are not the main point; the most important communication will be through movement and music.
